RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling inquiries of clients & freelancers from various channels such as phones, website, social media and emails
  • Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
  • Developing strong customer relationship between clients & freelancers
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Excellent communication skills & Multitasking
  • Willing to work as a team member
  • Prefer who has knowledge in IT or  IT education background
  • One year experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
