Forecast and plan for the Company's workforce projection
Communicate with each department and check the workforce requirements
Create JDs with each department for recruitment
Recruit, screen, interview and place employees
Handle the payrolls of employees
Calculate, measure and monitor the leaves & bonuses of each employee
Update the Employee Hand Book to meet with workplace standards accordingly
Improve the quality of workplace and employee relationships
Plan for team building activities, trips, and meals
Facilitate training, workshops and knowledge sharing sessions to improve the capacity of employees
Work with the management team closely to gauge the performance of each employee
Graduate with HR or management background
Minimum of two years of working experience related to HR
Good command of English and Myanmar languages
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and email
Good command of writing in English and Myanmar languages
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Able to work as a team as well as independently
