RESPONSIBILITY FIT

• Act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and manage an active calendar of appointments
• Communicate on CEO's behalf and coordinate with high-level meetings both internally and externally
• Organize events and conferences and arrange travel plans
• Conduct research and draft reports and presentations
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the management team
• Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations

DESIRED SKILLS

• Good oral and written communication skills with both Myanmar and English language
• Experience in providing support for upper-level management is a plus
• Organisational skills to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
• Outgoing person with networking skills
