  • Handle the online channels of the Company to ensure all clients' requests, complaints and issues have been processed seamlessly
  • Handle phone calls to ensure all clients' requests, complaints and issues have been processed seamlessly
  • Interact with clients to educate, direct and assist in using the Company's services
  • Collect clients' feedbacks and analyse the collected data
  • Assist in acquiring new customers, research and up-selling to existing clients
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee


  • Fresh graduates or under graduates are welcome
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, English/Myanmar Typing skills
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
