• Have to manage and support project coordinators to accelerate the sales process
• Have to inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
• Have to ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Have to recruit, train and supervise the team members when necessary
• Have to measure, analyze and report performance of the team members
• Have to identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Have to Work with the management team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals

DESIRED PROFILE

• Must have a proven working experience in management, operations, and leadership in the IT industry
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must have a good command of English writing and speaking skills
• Must have strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent communication skills.
