This page states the Terms of Use (“Terms”) under which you (“You” or “Your”) may use freelancers, and your relationship with Chate Sat.com (“Chate Sat”, “we” or “us”). By accessing or using any portion of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by Chate Sat.com. They affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue any access and use of the Services. By breaching the following Terms, it shall result in the suspension, deletion of your account on the Chate Sat website, or legal action. THEREFORE, PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

Chate Sat may from time to time in its absolute discretion:
1.amend and supplement this Agreement; and
2.prescribe additional terms to this Agreement in respect of certain Account and/or Services, provided that any such amendments, supplements or additions shall be published on the Site depends on their effective date.
It is your responsibility to check the Site and this Agreement from time to time to determine if there are any amendments, supplements and additions to this Agreement. Your continued access and use of the Services after any amendments, supplements and additions constitutes your acceptance to such amendments, supplements and additions.

Breach this Agreement or any other agreement that you have agreed to with Chate Sat;
1.Violate any law, statute or regulation or otherwise use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or beyond the scope of their intended use;
2.Interfere with the proper working of the Services;
3.Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information to Chate Sat;
4.Develop any applications that interact with the Services without Chate Sat’s agreement;
5.Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including emails, from the project;
6.Upload or sharing of Project Owner’s privacy such as an address, social media account, and email;
7.Exchange project-related information until the project agreement has begun;

Chate Sat may from time to time at its absolute discretion and without any notice to you:
1.add, modify, remove or discontinue (whether temporarily, permanently or otherwise) the Services, any of its features or functionalities, or any portions thereof; and
2.charge fees for access to all or any part of the Services.

1.You must provide true, accurate, and complete information on your Profile and all registration and other forms you access on the site or provide to us and to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.
2.In order to ensure that we are able to provide records and notices to you electronically, you must agree to notify us immediately of any change in your email address or any personal information by updating your Account information on the Site or by contacting Customer Support.
3.By signing up as a Freelancer on Chate Sat’s website, you agree to receive emails from Chate Sat regarding news, information, updates, and projects.

1.If you will not be able to continue the project after accepting it from the Client, you must give the prior notice to Chate Sat.
2.You are responsible to assist Chate Sat for handover processes by providing project information and related documents after informing about project cancellation.
3.Freelancers must pay 25% of the Service Charges to Chate Sat as a penalty fee if they quit immediately from the project without giving any prior notice after the project agreement. Chate Sat will blacklist or suspend your account if you refuse/fail to pay the penalty fees.

1.When you register to use the Chate Sat.com website, the site will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.
2.You can recover your account on our website on your own.
3.It is not our responsibility if your account is hacked, disputed or stolen because you disclose your account and password or under other conditions.

1.It’s free to join the Chate Sat.com as a freelancer. Chate Sat will charge a 10% Commission Fee from freelancers for each project. (without bank transfer fees).
2.Chate Sat shall transfer trench by trench for the completed and specific tasks according to the requirements only after receiving project owner permission, only for projects with budgets over 50 Lakhs.
3.For every withdrawal request, you have to wait for 5 working days to receive the payment.
4.Freelancers are responsible to pay the income tax as Chate Sat doesn’t charge for income tax upon the wages of freelancers.
5.Freelancer will have to always leave 1000 MMK in "Coin Balance". Moreover, freelancer will have to pay for the transfer fees when transferring the payment.

1.When it comes to dispute, Chate Sat shall not be responsible for any payment/ conversation made outside of Chate Sat’s owned system.
2.Based on the dispute level, Chate Sat shall investigate the project and collect data from the Client and the Freelancer to resolve the issue.
3.You have already had the consent that resolving disputes will take several working days to make the final decision.
4.You must accept that the decision made by Chate Sat will be final.
