General Terms

No deductions of any fee from talent.
No refund for acquisition, employment & payroll services.
Maximum 2 interview rounds per candidate at recruitment stage.
Clients must conduct any specialized assessments (eg: code test) on their own.
Any dispute or conflict between clients and talents shall strictly follow the terms and resolutions of the employment contract.
